Who We Are and What We Do
WorkWise has provided counsel to organizations, human resources managers, and employees under the direction of Dr. Louis Krupnick for more than 10 years. WorkWise has a two-pronged mission:
To work with leaders to address organizational needs resulting in
improved efficiency and effectiveness.
To help organizations help their employees and families resolve personal problems that can affect job performance.
At WorkWise, we employ only experienced consultants and licensed behavioral health professionals. Our clinical staff is comprised of psychologists, licensed clinical social workers, licensed marriage and family therapists, licensed professional counselors, certified addictions counselors, and a psychiatrist consultant.
WorkWise is intentionally small and community based. We place enormous emphasis on being extraordinarily responsive and accessible. Responsiveness means providing the services and consultation that measurably benefit an organization and its employees and doing it in a timely way. Accessibility means providing these services where and when they are needed.

Employee Information
We all need a helping hand now and then.
Everyone has problems now and then. Sometimes they take care of themselves. Often we are able to find solutions on our own. But when we feel stuck or trapped by a problem it makes sense to ask for help.
Some of the many problems we help people deal with include
♦ Family problems ♦ Work related issues ♦ Career decisions ♦ Marital difficulties ♦ Financial pressures ♦ Depression ♦ Anxiety ♦ Stress and concerns about alcohol or other substances ♦ Parenting issues ♦ Worry about an elderly parent ♦ Desire to better manage stress ♦ Individual, family and marriage counseling
Your employee assistance benefit is confidential. Employers will not receive information about who uses the service.
We have seven licensed counselors with a wide range of specialties. Our comfortable offices are located in an old church building on 5th Avenue and Kimbark in downtown Longmont. When you call, our scheduler will set an appointment time that is convenient for you, with a counselor who is well matched to your needs. If you would like more information about us or to schedule and appointment, please contact us at 303-682-0400
We schedeule clients from 8:00 AM through 8:00 PM, Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 9:00 AM through 5:00 PM.
