WorkWise was founded in January 2000 to provide employee and employer assistance services in the Longmont area. Everything we do is motivated by our desire to help organizations and their employees function at optimum levels of satisfaction and productivity. We provide comprehensive employee assistance programs to local employers including the City of Longmont, Longmont United Hospital, St. Vrain Valley School District and Micro Motion. Other organizations rely on us for specific services including mediation, employee performance improvement counseling, training programs and other forms of consultation.

All too often, EAPs offer little more than referrals to community providers for counseling sessions, perhaps with some brown bag lunches and consulting hours thrown in. We’re not a 1-800 employee assistance vendor with fifty or a hundred contracts. We aren’t an insurance company’s loss leader and we don’t have account reps.

Our staff model assures better clinical outcomes for clients and their families. In addition, WorkWise forms genuine partnerships with HR departments and other leaders to resolve thorny and expensive challenges. A few examples: A previously productive and hard to replace employee whose performance has deteriorated; persistent conflicts between managers, dysfunctional departments, and tragedies that affect the workplace.
